Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, e.g., Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and Day, and New Year’s Day.

UK
Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 1-5 business days to process and pack. Shipping can take longer -- roughly 6-8 business days depending on the location. If your order is shipping to a PO Box, it typically takes 6-8 business days for delivery.
International
For orders shipping internationally, processing and shipping generally takes 7-14 business days.
Once your order is placed, it generally takes 1–5 business days to process and pack. For expedited or overnight shipping, orders placed before 12:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday, will typically ship the same day or next day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends may be processed on the next business day.
Note: During high-volume periods, processing times may experience delays.
